Custom-Made Items


All items in the Sacred Harmony Collection are made to order.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any product.


Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund — at our discretion.


How to Report an Issue

  1. Email us at support@mexlovicki.com
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the damage
    • Description of the issue

  3. We’ll respond within 48 hours.

Note: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
